Ceremonial Handover of the Multi-Purpose Sports Court to Local Primary Schools for Free Use

On the occasion of Railway Workers’ Day, the civic association TK Lokomotíva officially handed over a multi-purpose sports court for free use to the primary schools of Bratislava – Staré Mesto, namely Jelenia and Hlboká Primary Schools.

Despite the unfavorable weather, we were grateful for the strong turnout and the presence of many distinguished guests. We would especially like to thank the students and principals of both schools, representatives of the Staré Mesto district, Karol Kučera, Government Commissioner for Youth and Sport, Juraj Droba, and Slovak tennis representative Janette Husárová for joining us on this special occasion.

We would also like to recognize musicians Ján Baláž and Henry Tóth, as well as the talented young singers who prepared and performed a new anthem for TK Lokomotíva especially for this ceremonial event.
